Should MOT station pay for the damage they caused to my car?

you will end up paying for the repair since you left the first time without nothing noted or any thing that says that the problem exsisted when you picked up the car for repair the first time . he can deni everything you say since it was not noted on the previous invoicing ,you will get the standard answer " the light wasent on when they left the shop " its sad but true.you must have something that says he is responsible for the abs problem when you pick up the car from repair !(shouldnt be a problem since he admitsits his fault)
