Google redirection? I've tried most everything?

Yesterday, my computer was infected pretty heavily by some malware and adware (CoolWebSearch and Antivirus 2010) I manually removed those with not too much trouble, but there's still one thing irking me about the way my comp is running: Google. Anything I search, it brings up normal google results, but when I click the result to take me to the page it redirects me to a completely different site. I've ran AdAware SE Personal about ten times, and it's not picking it up. The same with Malware Byte's AntiMalware. Any manual removal instructions or really any help would be greatly appreciated.
