Does anyone know for sure?

Have heard reporters state that Teresa Earnhardt is not a part of EGR, but I have read at least twice where Chip has corrected them. Saying that Teresa does have a major part to do with EGR. Though I can't find the articles now to post them, am wondering is there anyone on here who knows. I know how most feel about her, but am looking for confirmation if you can provide it. Hope this does not become a bashing about Teresa, just looking for more info. on this.
