How to get that spark back?

Me(16) and my boyfriend(17) have been going together faithfully for a year and 2 months. I am really in love with this boy and I know he loves me too but lately I haven't been feeling him like I used to...it's like there aren't any more sparks left in our relationship, But I can't live without him. I just can't let him go cause I love him so much but I just think that our relationship is getting boring as we go along. Please help!!!!!!!!!!
