In Texas, can you get a CS-reduction when having another child?

My husband and I are expecting our first child together. He currently has a daughter who he pays a pretty hefty CS for. He has had a small decrease in income as well. What is the regular % of income for one child and does this decrease with the addition of a new child? We live in Texas. Thanks!
