question?

well ppl uhh in my scrotom i got 2 (testicles) and like there is a sphere thingy that i can squish and like its a lil circle thingy and it seems to be attached to the vans deferens i think idk and i went to the doctors alreayd and did like a thingy to see inside but they said they arent sure and they said to either leave it alone cuz its fine right now or surgically see what it is well what should i do??
