How dare he leave the kids like that? Was he even allowed to see them in the first place? And how can you say you feel horrible about cheating on him and divorcing him when you're complaining about him not paying YOUR bills?! I can understand you wanting him to pay child support on the kid that IS his, but not the one that isn't, that isn't fair to him in any way.
