Can any one help me out with this?i am a muslim by religion coz it does matter as india have differnt laws?

i am in a relationship with a girl american citizen since last 3 years.she is originaly an india but she holds an american pport.we met in india as she came here n lived for 2 years.we couldn't marry that time coz w both were underage and now she is been living in america.now that i am 19 n she is 18 can she come to india without her parents consent because we are not sure they would be ready or not and can she be abe to marry me when she get here?i am 19 yrs old n shez 18 yrs old?if yes whats the process?and can i fly with her to america after marrying her?whats the process and how much time will it take for me to get an american pport after we get married?
