Spysweeper w/ Antivirus and Windows Vista?

I recently installed the Newest version of Trend Micro on my Windows Vista computer. Much to my dismay, it RUINED everything! After deleting it, I'm wondering if the AntiVirus Software available from Webroot is any good? I already have, and actually like, the SpySweeper program. Is it worth it to get the AntiVirus?
