One of my friends was arrested 7 months ago for soliciting prostution in las vegas and he was in probation..?

he was on probation for 6 months and last month case dismissed and closed. Now he wonders if he needs to seal the records? He just got a good offer from a big company and we dont know if they will able to see his records? does he need to seal the records or? any help appriciated.
