My piercing looks ugly :(?

i just had a snug piercing yesturday and it looks horrible, its to far down and the bar is really long :S i dont know what to do, i dont want to take it out coz it bloody hurt and all of that would be for nothing. I would like it more if i could change the bar but i cant for 6 months! :O help...
