Is it possible for Jermaine Jackson to get MJ's kids?

From what I've seen, especially on BB, he seems like the most suitable person. His ex-wife Debbie or Debra something should never have his kids as MJ paid her like $5 to leave and she accepted it and left. Screw her. And his parents, nah, I don't like the look of them, their not getting any younger so if the kids stayed with them and one of them died, that's another parent they've lost.
