I need a list of which foods are good for what please!?
Ok, so my health isn't so great at the moment. Im 17, I'm a vegetarian (I don't eat meat/animals, including seafood, gelatin and animal-rennet etc, but i'm not vegan) and my BMI says im in the healthy weight range but I would like a better diet to help bad skin and hair, as well as just a general detox and protein and iron booster. I'm not a fussy eater, apart from the vegetarian part which is an ethical choice not taste or religion related. Ideally i would love to know basically which foods are good for what parts of the body please. thanks :)
