Citizenship/ naturalization?

4 yrs ago my son(15 yrs old) got 1 tear probation. something at school. in 1 year the case was sealed and disposition papers given to us.everything was fine. my question: for citizenship/naturalization shall i go to the court to get the same papers (i guess copy) with the current date , that they are issued now or the old , initial papers are good for naturalization?
