Sudden onset of Restless Leg Syndrome. Help.?

For the past week, i've been having RLS symptoms every night, starting around now (reason for me asking). Its a horrible crawling/tingling feeling in my upper thighs, and it keeps me up most of the night. I've been having other medical issues such as abdominal/chest pain, testicular swelling/pain, fevers, major weight loss (I was 180lbs 8 months ago. I am now 140lbs) and night sweats. I was a healthy 22 year old male a few months ago, and all of this has happened. I dont have insurance, so I can't go see a primary physican. I've been in and out of the Emergency Room for the past few weeks, and all they just throw me pain pills and antibiotics and tell me to go see my physician. I'm about to lose my mind. (STD screen came back negative.)
